Clone your first repository
Download a repository from your account or from any Git URL.
- On the Repositories tab tap +.
- From account: pick the account, search the list and tap a repository. From URL: paste a Git URL.
- Tap Clone. A progress card shows receiving objects, resolving deltas and checking out files.
When it is done, the repository appears in the list and in the Files app under GiCode.
Which URLs work?
https://host/owner/repo.git– uses the token of the matching account.ssh://git@host/owner/repo.gitorgit@host:owner/repo.git– uses your SSH key.- Public repositories can be cloned without an account.
